Okanagan sparkling wines remind us of special celebrations, hot tubbing in winter, winning, that romance is alive, and that life is for living. There isn’t a better way to enjoy the Okanagan sun and scenery than tasting delicious traditional method bubbles with morsels of the finest ingredients.
Many Okanagan producers follow the traditional methods of the French Champagne region to produce incredible vintages; although wine rules prevent us from calling what we produce “Champagne”. Despite the arduous process and labour-intensive management that traditional method sparkling wine requires, Okanagan sparkling wines are a remarkable bargain compared to their French counterparts. Okanagan bubbles are the most undervalued wines in the Okanagan Valley.
